Delete your EdNotes account & data

EdNotes (com.edstarstudios.ednotes) — by EdStar Studios AB

This page explains how to delete your EdNotes account and all of the data associated with it. You can do this yourself inside the app, or by e-mailing us.

A.Delete your account inside the app

  1. Open EdNotes and make sure you are signed in with your Google account.
  2. Open the menu and go to your account screen.
  3. Tap “Delete account” (at the bottom).
  4. Optionally back up to Google Drive first, then confirm.

Your account is then scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. If you change your mind, simply sign in again within 30 days and choose “Keep my account” to cancel — nothing is deleted until the grace period ends.

B.Or request deletion by e-mail

If you can’t access the app, e-mail us from the address associated with your account and we will delete it:

edstarstudios@gmail.com

Please send the request from your account’s Google e-mail so we can verify ownership.
